PYTHA - Sending a PYTHA file to Support

When sending a PYTHA file to Support, the .pyo file extension may be blocked by email providers because it is an uncommon file type that can be flagged as a potential security risk.
This can cause Support to not receive your ticket.

To avoid this issue, please use one of the following methods instead:
  1. Send the file attached to a ticket directly through the Pytha Partners Portal
  2. Zip the .pyo file when emailing Support directly
  3. Save the file in PYTHA as a .pyox when emailing Support directly
