PYTHA - Network Licence Regularly Dropping Out
Following a recent Windows update, some PYTHA users accessing their licence via a network dongle have been experiencing licence dropouts. To resolve this issue, it is necessary to install a newer version of the CodeMeter licencing software on the dongle host computer, as well as any computers that are connecting over the network. Please use the link below to download the required version, and follow the steps to install the latest version of CodeMeter Runtime.

Please click here to download the updated version of CodeMeter. This will install version 8.20.
- Download: Get the CodeMeter installation from the link provided.
- Extract: Copy the downloaded file to desktop, extract it, and open the extracted folder.
- Install: Run "CodeMeterRuntime.exe" from the extracted folder.
- Follow Prompts: Agree to terms and proceed with default options.
- Installation: Wait for CodeMeter to install.
- Finish: Complete installation.
