PYTHA Workshop - Required Settings for CAM EnRoute/EzyNest
If you encounter sudden problems when exporting a job from PYTHA to your CAM software for nesting, you may need to check your Workshop CAM System Settings. These settings may change unexpectedly if a CAM licence on a network licence becomes unavailable, or following a Windows update.
The following screenshots show the correct settings required to successfully export from PYTHA using CAM EnRoute/EzyNest. This CAM export is used by all customers exporting to EnRoute and EzyNest, as well as the majority of customers exporting to ALPHACAM.
To check your CAM EnRoute/EzyNest, click on EnRoute/EzyNest in Workshop > CNC Output, then select Setup Interface.
The following 3 settings are of greatest importance:
- Router around finished size
- Change L/R for cutouts
- Screw layer with depth
If you continue to have trouble exporting to CAM after checking these settings on your system, please contact our support team for further assistance.
