ALPHACAM - Reverse Side Nesting Checklist

When exporting parts to AlphaCAM for Reverse Side Nesting, there are a number of important steps that must be followed. If you are having difficulty getting your parts to generate a reverse program, or your .csv will not convert correctly, check the following things to ensure they have ALL been assigned / set correctly in PYTHA:
  1. Workshop > Settings > Router Rule is set to output routing to both 1st and 2nd programs
           
  1. Parts List for AlphaCAM .csv export contains an extra empty line in the footer
  2. Project Header does not contain any commas
  3. User Attributes text does not contain any commas (Edge Material, Comment, etc.)
