ALPHACAM - Adding New Layers To Layer Mapping

To add a new layer to the Layer Mapping, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Suitable Style: Ensure you have created the appropriate style by referring to [this article].

  2. Open Automation Manager:

    • Go to the Automation Manager tab.
    • Click on Automation Manager.

  3. Access Layer Mapping Setup:

    • Click on Layer Mapping Setup.
    • Open the Pytha Setup.

  4. Add a New Drawing Layer:

    • Click on New Drawing Layer.
    • Enter a suitable name for the layer.

  5. Assign the Style to the Layer:

    • Drag the appropriate style into the new layer.

  6. Configure Layer Settings:

    • Ensure all settings are correctly configured for the type of layer you need.
