PYTHA - Nesting Single Part in Alphacam

PYTHA - Nesting Single Part in Alphacam

There may be situations where a part does not need to be nested and cut on the machine because it is already at its final size.
If the part still requires additional machining operations, follow the steps below.

- Apply machining to the part
- Export to CAM
- Open Router Rule and tick off CAM export of single parts

- Click OK
- Finish exporting part
- Import the part into Automation Manager
- Before processing, tick off Nest part

- Process the job, you may need to drag in the part drawing to view the operations
- There will be no nesting outline operation applied

If you require further help with this, please contact Support.
