ALPHACAM - Sending a Back-up
Regularly sending a backup of your system is a smart and proactive step—it not only protects your important data but also allows our support team to quickly and effectively assist you whenever you need help, giving you peace of mind and ensuring your operations run smoothly.
Follow the steps below to create a backup, sending it to support via the Portal.
- Go to File Explorer
- This PC > OS (C:) > ALPHACAM
- Select the LICOMDAT and LICOMDIR folders, right click and compress to ZIP File.
- Send the ZIP file attached to a ticket through the PYTHA Portal.
