ALPHACAM - Unhandled Exception Error
Sometimes unexpected errors can appear when trying to process a job in ALPHACAM, such as the one shown below:
If this error appears when importing a .csv into ALPHACAM, please try each of the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Close ALPHACAM and re-open it
- Restart your computer
- Go to Task Manager and end all instances of the "COM Surrogate" process
- Ensure your PYTHA Project Header is correct - all required fields are filled in and no commas are present
- Re-export the CSV and DXF files from PYTHA into a new folder and try importing them into ALPHACAM again
