Occasionally, changes on your computer may cause the PYTHA Mini Images to no longer display correctly in your Hook Menu and file explorer. Instead of the usual preview of your files, Windows will instead display a PYTHA logo. This can be due to a number of factors including Windows updates, new software installation or network issues.
To restore previously visible Mini Images:
- Open PYTHA Central (Double click desktop icon or run py_Zentrale.exe from C:\Program Files\PYTHAXX.0)
- Open the Extras menu and select the option to "Restore PYTHA mini images"
- When prompted, set the language to English to start the installation process
- Click "Next" to proceed
- Click "Install" to begin installation
- The installation will run and a confirmation dialogue will appear
- Click "Finish" to finalise the installation
- Your Mini Images should now be restored
Note: This process is can only be used to display Mini Images for files that are stored locally or on a local network drive.
