PYTHA Workshop - Edge Banding Disappearing When Running Export to CAM

PYTHA Workshop - Edge Banding Disappearing When Running Export to CAM

Occasionally when processing a job from PYTHA using Export to CAM some Edge Banding may randomly disappear. This is caused by the corruption of certain parts within the model - specifically parts that have had holes put in them using Boolean > Difference. The effected Edge Banding may be assigned to parts other than those with Booleaned holes.

To rectify the issue:
  1. UPDATE your PYTHA software (CLICK HERE for more information)
  2. REDRAW any parts with booleaned holes (it is ok to Boolean > Difference the holes again)
  3. REAPPLY any missing Edge Banding as required
  4. RE-EXPORT the job using Export to CAM

If you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, please contact our Tech Team for assistance.
