PYTHA - How To Generate a Licence Request File

Below is a video detailing the steps required to generate a PYTHA licence request file.
The steps outlined in the video are as follows:

1. Ensure you're on a computer with your silver PYTHA license dongle plugged in. If relocating a network dongle, ensure all PYTHA users have closed their sessions

2. Launch PYTHA Central by clicking the PYTHA icon on your desktop. Alternatively, in Windows, navigate to Program Files, your current PYTHA version, and run "py_Zentrale.exe"

3. Once PYTHA Central is open, go to the PYTHA License menu and select "Request PYTHA license by email"

4. Click OK to clear the pop up message, then Cancel to close the Customer Data form

5. Click the Extras menu and choose "Open undo folder"

6. In the address bar, click on the name of the current PYTHA version to move back one folder level

7. Locate your license request file within this folder. It will be named with your PYTHA dongle number, followed by an underscore and a counter number, with the file extension .WibuCmRaC

8. If multiple files of this type are present, select the one with the current date and the highest counter number

9. Attach this license request file to an email and send it to contact@pythapartners.com.au

10. Await notification from us regarding the availability of your license update
