PYTHA - Caring For Your PYTHA Licence Dongle
Great care should be taken when inserting, removing and transporting your PYTHA licence dongle. This dongle is the only way that you can access your PYTHA software. Charges apply for replacement of a faulty or damaged dongle.
Some tips on caring for your PYTHA dongle:
- If using a desktop computer, always connect your PYTHA dongle to a rear USB port to ensure it can't be easily knocked or bent
- Always replace the cap when the dongle is to remain disconnected for a period of time to ensure dust and moisture cannot enter the USB plug
- Ensure dongles are placed in a locked drawer when not in use
- Place dongles in a padded, secure pocket within your computer bag when being transported
