Sometimes when trying to Boolean > Difference multiple holes in a single part PYTHA will be unable to calculate the part completely and the software may hang indefinitely, or even crash. The best way to handle this scenario is to first unite the holes. Once the parts are united you can use Boolean > Difference as normal. PYTHA may take several minutes to calculate your part - do not attempt to do anything else in PYTHA while the calculation is in progress.
To do this use Part Tools 2 > Topology > Unite to link your holes.
Select all the parts to unite and confirm.
Open the Boolean Function and click Difference.
First, select the part to remain and then the parts to subtract, second.
Confirm your selection and wait for PYTHA to process this function.
