ALPHACAM - Copying Automation Manager Settings Between Computers
To copy the column layout for Automation Manager from one computer to another:
On the existing computer:
- Open Windows Explorer
- In the address bar type %localappdata% and press enter
- Open the Hexagon folder
- Open the AlphaCAM folder
- Make a copy of the file AMViewSettings.xml so it is available on the second computer
On the second computer:
- Ensure ALPHACAM is closed
- Open Windows Explorer
- In the address bar type %localappdata% and press enter
- Open the Hexagon folder
- Open the AlphaCAM folder
- Paste the copy of AMViewSettings.xml from the existing computer here
When you next open ALPHACAM on the second computer, Automation Manager should appear as it does on your original setup.
